Those on the hunt for the philosopher’s stone, the elixir of life or a stop of everlasting youth should make a trip up the stairs to Nicola Quinn Beauty and Day Spa. Tucked in the heart of Merivale is the high end of beauty therapy, using state of the art tools of medicine and science to fight the ageing process, the spa uses international therapists for high level treatments with many unique processes you will find no where else in Christchurch. Next time you’re trying to say thank you, sorry, or I love you we recommend letting a Nicola Quinn gift voucher (complete with it’s own box and ribbon), do the speaking for you.
Send in a genetic sample of your skin DNA to help predict the ‘type’ of ageing your skin will undergo, book in for some LED light therapy to excite your cells (also used to help insomnia and anxiety), or try some collagen induction therapy to give your face some bounce back. Book in your friends for a ‘spa-ty’ (spa / party) and and relax together in the ‘hush lounge’ with a range of refreshments before your treatments- perfect for a work do, hen do, or a mother-daughter date. And with their wide range of treatments and skin therapies, Nicola Quinn also has a growing number of male clients frequenting the hallways of the day spa. On the ground floor is the new make-up studio for express treatments and a ‘brow bar’ for your lashes and eyebrows and make-up lessons are also available to help you perfect ‘the look’.
You’ll be amazed at their extensive ‘menu’ of high-end treatments- spoiled for choice, your only problem may be deciding where to start!
