Vogel St Kitchen wins people over with its impeccable service, awesome interior and delicious food. The café has an all-day menu heavy on local, fresh flavours and an emphasis on breakfast and brunch options, wood-fired pizzas, sandwiches and a fully stocked baking cabinet.

After the Christchurch earthquake, the former Lyttelton local Riah McLean moved down to Dunedin to pursue her café dream. It was love at first sight with this old printer's warehouse building built in 1896.

Since opening on the 1st of December 2014, the café has been pushing full capacity. The massive, brick-covered loft space has a buzzy and warm atmosphere.

This café has established itself as an iconic symbol of warm Dunedin hospitality and is a firm favourite for both locals and visitors to the city.
