Keep to the cutting edge of girl’s fashion with the clean design, fresh fabrics and new and interesting patterns at Ruby’s store on Dunedin’s George Street. The shop stocks Kathryn Wilson shoes, Russh and Frankie magazines and Grown beauty products, and has even expanded to produce nail polishes and shoes, as well as selling two other major clothing labels, Madame Hawke and Liam.
Ruby throughout New Zealand has a specific, well-defined aesthetic, but the George Street store is unique for it’s wrought iron spiral staircase and warm and cosy fireplace. With such a snug environment you may find yourself creating reasons to hang around – like their range of sunglasses, jewellery and accessories. Ruby’s $150 and under rack is also a good place to start for those on a student budget, and the shop have also started designing their own stationary with a diary available in the classic ‘Ruby’ shade of candy pink.
