Volare

Supplied by their very own bakehouse, Volare is the central store café for inner city dwellers to grab their coffee and lunch fix. A short and sweet breakfast menu is a great addition to the neatly stacked cabinet food, with muesli by The Muesli Company and cookies, croissants and sandwiches all delivered fresh each morning. The breads are all sourdough, low on gluten and all the offerings are without preservatives and additives, testament to the team’s commitment to keeping it real.

Spacious, light and airy, the café makes a great spot to look out at passersbys or settle in with a magazine and coffee for the morning.

There’s a firm focus on community here too with excess bakery items given away at the end of each day to both the local men’s shelter and Kaivolution - a food rescue organisation that links hospitality services to those in need of a hand up.
