A place that specialises in cheesecakes and doughnuts and serves them up alongside a delicious coffee? You betcha we’re heading there pronto. Fondly thought of as the home of doughnuts in Rotorua, Baked is proof that even the most strictly non-sweet toothed among us can be convinced otherwise when the offerings are as good as this. Choose from perfectly made cupcakes or doughy treats filled with jam, Nutella, salted caramel and with a side serving of a syringe full of goodness to squeeze in at your discretion...

The white and blue space is airy and fresh, and there’s space in the little green courtyard to eat and drink if you fancy taking a moment before rushing off. Hot or iced tea, frappuccinos, smoothies and milkshakes are also available for those not so into caffeine, and who doesn’t love something delicious to wash down something even more delicious anyway.

Whether you’re having something straight from the cabinet or picking up a made to order, the smiley welcome at Baked will ensure your day is just that much sweeter simply for having visited.
