Looking for the very best from New Zealand fashion designers in Havelock North? Then look no further: nic&cole, in the heart of the village, is the place to go and well worth a visit on your next bout of retail therapy.

As soon as you enter nic&cole you’ll want to raise the limit on your credit card as there are so many beautiful pieces. The space itself is an experience, from the pastel lilac walls to the luxurious fitting room area to the feature hydrangea wall begging for an impromptu Instagram photo shoot. Take your time browsing the rails and display tables, there are many, many gems stocked here.

Owner Nicole describes the store as a carefully curated collection of New Zealand’s leading women’s designer fashion. The inspiration to establish nic&cole came from big city shopping destinations, such as Britomart and Ponsonby Road in Auckland. As an avid shopper, Nicole wanted a similar offering in Havelock North and also to provide that in-store experience. The layout of the space intentionally feels like a mini department store, and each designer’s full seasonal collection is presented and showcased separately.

Nicole keeps to a select number of brands to be able to represent them on a larger scale. New Zealand designers are at the heart of nic&cole and have been selected for their individuality, for example, Juliette Hogan, Kathryn Wilson, Saben, and Karen Walker. Integral to the shopping experience in-store is the personalised styling advice from the nic&cole team. They are there to help you find an outfit for a special occasion, provide gift advice, or as just another pair of eyes to assist you in adding signature pieces to your wardrobe.

So set aside some time in your diary for a shopping trip in Havelock North and make nic&cole your first port of call.
