Unique to Wellington’s offering of New Zealand boutique designer fashion is twenty-seven names, with the original store of designers Rachel Easting and Anjali Stewart open on Ghuznee Street.

With art and fashion degrees to their names, Easting and Stewart created the directional label in 2006. Their range is reflective of contemporary art and embodies style, simplicity and sophistication, yet it’s got a bit of quirk about it too. They’re the kind of threads you’d wear everyday.

Fitting snug into a busy area of town, but away from the madness of Cuba Street, the twenty-seven names store is a fashion destination. Formerly an art gallery, the stylish shop space still retains the same feel of looking at special pieces in a gallery setting. The minimalist space allows for complete devotion of focus to the beautiful, quality garments.
