The Portsider stocks a full menu, a huge selection of craft beer and a range of whisky. Like any good Dunedin establishment, the pub has a selection of Emerson’s on tap. They also facilitate beer tastings if you feel like trying a bit of everything (also a good option for the chronically indecisive).

Curl up by the bookcases and flick through some classics, share a plate of nibbles with your friends, or suggest a drive with the family to The Portsider for Sunday lunch (the classic feel of the pub is bound to keep all ages happy – even Grandpa). The space is open, warm and wooden and there is lots of seating available, from corner booths to a cosy table by a window.
