Nestled in the Orakei Village Complex, Hannah Bryan and Leisha Rae are making their delicious smoothie bowls, juices and healthy baked treats at Bowl and Arrow.

Their smoothie bowls are sans gluten, dairy, refined sugar and wheat, and the fruit and veg is organic where possible. All smoothies are whipped up with coconut cream, and they have also revolutionised their texture with the use of kumara and pumpkin. Spinach, pineapple and mint is our summer preference, and with other options such as the ‘Summer Bod’, and ‘Super Man’ you know they are beneficial.

For the caffeine dependent, Mrs Green Organic Fairtrade Coffee will keep you happy if the beetroot and turmeric lattes don’t quite satisfy. Or you can carry on the antioxidant consumption with a matcha latte because, health.

Grab yourself a Soul Mate (the favoured cacao number), sit beneath their leafy canopy and admire everything from the rich wooden benches to the charming doodles on the wall.

You can also enjoy more Bowl and Arrow deliciousness at two other locations in Auckland; Westfield Newmarket and Commercial Bay.
