Little Bird Kitchen

Mon - Sun 8.00am - 4.00pm
100 percent plant based 100 percent whole foods 100 percent of the time. There are always masses hording through the doors here and at times you will have to wait for a seat but hey, it’s worth it. Tucked away off the beaten path down Summer Street, Little Bird Kitchen is just off the main street yet so many people still manage to fill its tables day in and day out between the hours of 8am – 4pm.
The chemical free items stocked in the cabinets, or being invented in the kitchen, are packed full of nutrients and bodily goodness which other restaurant foods lose through the addition of MSG and unnecessary refined cane sugars. Little Bird’s banana and caramel brownies are moist, yet solid, which makes it hard to believe they haven’t been cooked. The delectable selection of raw cheesecakes on display include cacao and raspberry, passionfruit and strawberry. Savoury lunch and breakfast meals are also a treat. Ingredients are often a gathering of super foods which include things like goji berries and chia seeds plus a whole bunch of other stuff you may never knew existed.
The creators of this kitchen have the customers wellbeing in mind meaning not only is it good for your gut, but also for the environment.
