At Reform Wellington, owner Kenzy has created more than just a pilates studio – it’s a space people genuinely want to spend time in. Originally founded by Rita in 2022, the studio quickly became known for its strong sense of community, supportive environment, and high-quality classes. Since taking over ownership, Kenzy has continued building on those foundations while bringing her own energy and vision to the space.
The vibe is warm, welcoming, and energising all at once. Think clean, modern interiors softened with calming touches, good music, and an atmosphere that feels equal parts motivating and comfortable. It’s the kind of studio where clients are greeted by name, first-timers instantly feel at ease, and regulars walk in feeling like they’re seeing friends. There’s no intimidating fitness energy here, just a supportive environment where everyone is encouraged to move in a way that feels good for them.
At the heart of Reform is reformer pilates: challenging, intentional, and built to make you feel stronger, both physically and mentally. Classes are designed to push you in all the right ways while still being approachable, whether you’re completely new to pilates or have been doing it for years.
Every detail has been considered, from the flow of the class and the energy in the room to the playlists, lighting, and overall experience clients leave with. It’s a place where people come for the workout, but stay for the feeling.
What really sets Reform apart is the quality of teaching and care behind every class. With Kenzy’s background as a physiotherapist, there’s a strong understanding of movement, technique, and how to support different bodies safely and effectively. The team places huge emphasis on cueing, form, and creating an experience where clients feel confident, supported, and seen throughout every session.
More than anything, Reform Wellington has become a community. A space that feels uplifting, familiar, and genuinely welcoming, where movement becomes part of your routine in a way that’s sustainable, empowering, and enjoyable.
